- Silver Level: £299, including personalised check-in/coaching calls every 4 weeks.
How it looks:
Coaching Call: Silver once every 4 weeks.
This is your call so whether its nutrition/food habits, general wellness, fitness, self care, stress reduction, we will use these calls to clarify what is most important to you right now. Once we have done that then we will set weekly, doable tasks /goals that fit into your day to day routine. During the next call we will go over these for support, progress checks and accountabilty and for you to ask me any questions you have.
Wats app/email support: if you have any questions that are urgent and cannot wait for your next coaching call you can wats app or email me - please bear in mind answers may not be immediate but I will answer within 24 hours. This excludes Sunday's, you will receive a reply on Monday.
Progress Journal is included to enable you to keep track exercise, food, sleep, measurements should you wish to. It's a great tool to look back on in the future!
